What we can do to help those old folks is by trying our best to give hem what we can and what we want. For example, doing kind deeds by donating money or we can also hold a charity event to help them.
  • For those old folks who are lonely, we can give them some of our time. What we can do is that, we can visit them and spent time with them, helping them to do housework as well I think hey will be very appreciated if they recieved this from us. Their feelings will definitely be more happier.
  • As for those old folks who are sick and poor, we can also organised a charity drive or a FREE health screening check. In this case, if we can really do this, I am very sure that those old folks can live much longer. Other than that, I think we can also help them buy visiting and buy meals for them, check on their health everyday(just like the work of a social worker?)
If my grandmother happen to be one of them who get dimentia, I may consider spending more time with her (I'm a very irresponsible girl)Haha..

Love one another as how we are loved..Treat one another as how you are treated..

A peice of uncomfortable feelings I had all these while is being trapped at home
It is just the same as being trapped in a small tunnel, with no bright skies can be seen at all
The feelings is just as bitter as a bitter gaurd
It is like a sun setting off when the night comes
I have been trapped in 'that' particular 'tunnel' for years
No matter how hard I had tried, no matter what method I used to solve it, it's been nothing at all
Home is like a jail to me where I do the same as a jailbird, just abit better than them?
All these took over all my mood, my feelings as well as my emotions
And slowly, STRESS and PRESSURE started to come in...
Hope is everywhere around me, and I just am too 'short' to reach for it
A dungeon(the keep or stronghold of a castle) is waiting for my death
No exits as far as I can see
A feeling of incarceration(to confine)
That is lead by desperation
Anything to relieve this feeling
Anything I will contend
But this feeling just won't suspend
An intense(acute, strong, or vehement, as sensations, feelings, or emotions)solitude
No Freedom
No Glory
No Peace
No Rest
A satanic punishment
At an extreme point of suffocation
(to overcome or extinguish) are needed in order for me to see lights and to reached my goals

School and out of home are where I find escape route to run away from it.
It is useless and irresponsible for me to do these without stopping it and solve it.
Failure is only a temporary change in direction to set you straight for your next success.
